At the invitation of the People's Movement for the Liberation of Angola, the government of Qatar, and the National Rally of Independents of Morocco, Yin Li, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, led a CPC delegation that departed from Beijing on September 15 for a friendly visit to the above three countries. Sun Haiyan, Vice Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, Zhao Lei, member of the Standing Committee and Secretary General of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Cui Shuqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Beijing Municipal Committee, among other accompanying officials, left Beijing on the same plane.
